About Rewire Team
Leeds Rewiring Specialists, Backed by Lucid Electrical Services
Rewire Team is the dedicated rewiring team of Lucid Electrical Services, trading as part of Lucid Gem Group Ltd. We specialise in larger electrical projects where planning, organisation and focused resources make a real difference: full house rewires, extensions, renovations and partial rewires.
Why We Created Rewire Team
A rewire is very different from a small electrical job. It can affect every room, involve multiple circuits, floor access, wall chasing, coordination with other trades, testing, certification and finishing work afterwards. We created Rewire Team to give these larger projects their own specialist focus while retaining Lucid Electrical Services behind the work.
100+ Rewiring Projects
Our experience has been built by actually rewiring properties. Across Lucid Electrical Services and Rewire Team we have worked on more than 100 rewiring projects, including empty renovations, occupied homes, extensions, partial rewires and substantial refurbishments.
How We Approach a Rewire
- Plan it — understand the property, specification and programme
- Resource it — put the right team on the project
- Install it — work methodically and professionally
- Test it — inspect, test and certify the work
- Finish it — coordinate making good, plastering and decoration if required
